How to Google Ads on Right Side

I am using Gallery 2.3 version and using Matrix theme.

1. I want to show the Google 160*600 Ads on Right side on the Album.

For this purpose, I upload the Ads Code at the End of the Album.tpl file in Templates. It shows the Ads on right side with Scroll Bar. I want to remove scroll bar.

2. Also want to resize the Album Thumbnails. How can I achieve this.
