Download Gallery software

Hi to everybody! I am new to this forum and have a problem to download Gallery software. I try to download version 3.0; 3.0.1; 2.3.1 and when I unzip files in different new folder I have icons looks like empty page, and
Extensions in files - .inc .php .is which is windows Vista can’t open. What am I doing wrong? Any help I appreciated.

this applies to all versions of Gallery software.
This is not a desktop application that you install on windows or other OS, this is a "web application" that you run on your PHP enabled website.
