Hi. I need to hide the Summary tab in the slideshow by default. I know that if you clic on it, it will close but I need it to be the default setting.

I would also like to remove the "View this in 3D"

Am using Galery 2.x

Thanks for your help!

That's the old piclens lite slideshow. A dated Cooliris product that you have very little control over.
My update uses the new Embeddable 3D wall instead.
And there are other slideshow options for G2 as well.

Hi! I'm unable to install your update (slideshow 2.1.0). I tried deleting slideshow 2.0.0 (plugins tab admin) then I installed the new one by FTP into the modules folder (made sure the old folder wasn't there anymore).

When I returned to the plugin list the new one didn't show (even if I update the list) and the only option I had is to download it (on the more plugins tab) but it installs the old version and nothing changes.

I can't pic the language packs, it just shows the list, is that normal? This is my first Galley site so I'm probably missing simple things. Thanks for your help

  • uninstall the old slideshow plugin via Gallery -> Admin -> Plugins
  • delete the old gallery2/modules/slideshow directory via ftp
  • unzip my update, and upload the result to gallery2/modules/slideshow
depending on how you unzip, make sure you are uploading the slideshow directory with modules.inc in the root of the module
  • install the new slideshow plugin via Gallery -> Admin -> Plugins

OK, I got it! Thanks a million. It worked and your module is very nice and works very well.
Unfortunatly it's not what we need so I'll have find a way to just close the summary tab by default.

Thanks for your patience
