I'm not entirely sure if this is possible (or if I'm in the right place to be asking), but here it goes...
The Gallery account we're using was set up by someone years ago who no longer works here. His email is no longer functioning and a password to log into the account was never left. We would like to do some upgrades and spruce things up a bit, but are unable to log in to do anything. Is it possible to get the log in information? We should share the same email domain (it's a company one), so hopefully that's enough to prove I'm not just some random person trying to access information. If I can't get that, what else can I do (aside from completely re-doing everything)?
Thank you!
Heather

We currently have version 2.3.1.

using phpMyAdmin or similar database tool. Change the email to the administrator account and use the "forgot password" link on the login page.
FAQ: I have lost my admin password how to login?

The file attached there would allow you to change/reset the password of any user including the admin.

You just need the general admin password which you can look for in the config.php file. You should be able to open and read this if you control the domain webspace.
