Will pay to get code snippets for automated upload to Gallery 2.3

I would like to see if someone can email me some code snippets to do the following in Delphi 7. I have a win32 application to run under Windows XP.

1) Login
2) Check for the existence of a named gallery folder
3) Create a new gallery folder
4) Upload photos to a gallery folder
5) Optional: Obtain a list of url's to thumbnails I can embed in an email and send it as confirmation of the upload (ie. After uploading a set of pics, I want to send an email containing a set of thumbnails for the images just uploaded)

I use Delphi 7 and I am a developer. All I need are some code snippets and I can integrate it into my current project.
